If you have never been to a Guided Gong Meditation, you should try this event. Ken Kolter takes you on a journey with the incredible sounds from his Earth Gong. All you need to do is relax and let the vibrations flow over and through you, cleansing your cells and energy field. This is Ken's third Gong Meditation at Creative Changes and we feel very lucky to have him join us. This event is being held in conjunction with the Oak Park Art District's What's Blooming art festival. You can come early and enjoy work from emerging artists in the local galleries and then unwind at the Gong Meditation.
