Welcome to Creative Changes!
Creative Changes evolved based on our dedication to creating wholeness with individuals and the community. We offer private sessions in Touch for Health, Nutrition and Wellness Coaching, and Body/Mind Integration. In addition, our intention is to nurture wholeness in the community by offering Process Painting classes and workshops, Bicycle Education, social open houses, personal growth events, educational programs and affordable local entertainment.
